Rossa's Crab Crowns
2 large eggs beaten 2 tablespoons parsley flakes 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning 2 teaspoons French's mustard 2 teaspoons dry mustard 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon peppers 2 pounds Dungeness crab meat 4 tablespoons mayonnaise 12 Luna Rossa® Marinated Artichoke Crowns
Beat eggs. Add parsley flakes, Old Bay Seasoning, mustards, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine with crab meat and mayonnaise. Place mixture into Luna Rossa® Marinated Artichoke Crowns. Bake for 15- 18 minutes at 350F. Serves 8.
