ROASTED RED PEPPER MAYONNAISE

Makes 2/3 cup

Ingredients:
1/2 cup well-drained and chopped Luna Rossa Premium Roasted Sweet Red Peppers
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Method:
In a small bowl, combine peppers and mayonnaise; mix well. Mixture will be thin. Cover and refrigerate.

Use as a spread on sandwiches, wraps, and pita bread.

May be held for 5-7 days.
